On behalf of the Australian Association of Stud Merino Breeders (AASMB) and Swagman Tours I am delighted to announce that bookings are now open for the Australian delegation’s travel to the 10th World Merino Conference and pre-conference tour to Uruguay and post-conference to Argentina.

Numbers may be limited for some flight options and hotels and therefore bookings will be taken on a first-in/first-paid basis. Also bear in mind the Early-Bird closing date of 5 December to qualify for pre-conference tour and conference discounts and the non-refundable deposit of $1500 per person (refer package costs on page 4 of the attached Itinerary).

The second document attached is your Registration and Booking Form. The last two pages of this document also show itemised costs for the various options as well as costs after 5 December. I encourage you to read both attachments thoroughly so you do not miss out on any preferences or options. Swagman will also welcome any enquiry regarding further or alternative travel.

Bookings and enquiries can be directed to Alyson, your group reservations manager at Swagman Tours on 1800 808 491 (select Option 5) or (03) 5222 2855.  Any of the friendly and efficient staff at Swagman will be only too happy to assist you if Alyson has stepped out.

As the conference draws closer, further information will be passed on to you including conference speakers and subjects; further detail on itinerary; handy hints and so on. Enquiries regarding the 10th World Merino Conference itself can continue to be addressed to Carol-Ann Malouf.

AASMB President, Georgina Wallace and World Federation of Merino Breeders President, Tom Ashby, look forward to sharing the AASMB delegation to 10WMC with you.
